To fly a microlight in the United Kingdom a licence is required. The licence is called the National Private Pilots Licence with a Microlight rating.
You can have your first lesson in our aircraft by booking an Air Experience Flight or Trial Lesson. These flights last for either 30 or 60 minutes during which you will be able to take control of the aircraft under the guidance of your instructor. The flight time counts towards your Licence training. Following your first flight you can arrange further training on an hourly or course basis. More details on the License & Training page and Prices
Fixed wing training is carried out in a Thruster Sprint aircraft which is powered by a four cylinder four stroke Jabiru engine. The aircraft is fully instrumented for VFR flight.
